Return Conditions
We accept returns under these conditions:

Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving the product, unless otherwise specified.

The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.

If the product has a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipping, please provide photos as evidence.
Non-Returnable Items
Returns are not accepted for:

Products that have been used or damaged by the customer, except for quality issues.

Sale items and customized or personalized products, unless there is a defect.
Return Process

Request a Return: Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.

Return Confirmation: We will review and respond within 1-2 business days.

Return Instructions: Once approved, we will provide the return address and detailed instructions.

Return Shipment: Please send back the item within 15 days of approval and share the tracking number with us.
Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to a quality problem or wrong item sent, we will cover the return shipping costs.

For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for shipping fees.
Restocking Fee
No restocking fees apply for any returns.
Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you about the refund approval.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note your bank or card issuer may take additional time to complete the refund. If you don’t receive it within 15 business days, contact us.
